Gluten Free Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
Clean, hulled, steel cut oat groats rolled into small, thin, oat flakes which cook within 3 minutes. Gluten Free oats are sampled and tested on a per pallet basis, and these samples must test at <10ppm Gluten to give the pallet Gluten Free status.
