For food product from our north plant, we ask that you use the farthest north entrance and drive on our road alongside the building parallel to the highway. Hopper and van trucks for our feed and pet food products should turn on 5th Street and drive south in front of the office and plant to get to the south loading areas. It is not safe to park or stop on Highway 35 or 5th Street or to back across any roads to get into the docks.
When you arrive, it is important that you leave your trailer doors shut until instructed by the loaders to open them and back into a dock.
Upon arriving check in with the loaders using the door by the docks for vans. If you are loading bulk, the loader’s office is located inside by the yellow probe on the south side.
We load trucks based on a schedule, and it is important that you or your broker call ahead for an appointment. Appointments for food product on the north dock are available 24 hours a day Monday through Friday. If you arrive ahead of time for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will get you loaded early. If driver arrives late for an appointment, we will load truck that are here and load the late driver as soon as possible.
Appointments should be made with the sales department at (608) 248-2222 from 8:00AM-4:00PM CST Monday through Friday. Please have your order or PO number when calling and when checking in to pick up your load. If you have an LTL order to pick up, you need to call at least an hour ahead with your ETA. We do not have a dedicated LTL dock but will hold a place in line for you when we know what time you are coming.
